Description

Rear light harness for controlling the lights in the bumper and spoiler, on the rear of the Peugeot 205. These are the lamps for the Rear fog lamp, reversing lamp and licence plate lamps. This wiring harness is used on all Peugeot 205 models. from August 1990 (Phase 2). The wiring harness is connected to the left rear light unit and is ready for mounting.

Original and quality

We apply the original size and wire colours, and we fit new original cable lugs and plugs. For the insulation caps and grommets, we use used clean to very clean ones. We also thoroughly clean these.

For strength and to prevent corrosion, wear and short circuits, each connection between copper conductor and cable lug is additionally finished with heat-shrink tubing. This is our standard procedure. Where normally only 1 mm² or less was used, we apply 1.5 or 2 mm². In the rear light wiring loom, we provide all wires with 2 mm².

Thanks to this method, our wiring harnesses have an extra-long and reliable service life, better current flow and less corrosion formation.

Options for with or without surrendering the old wiring harness

• Option 1: You can choose for us to deliver the rear light wiring harness complete right away. The insulation rubber caps and grommets are reused but in good to very good condition.

• Option 2: The other choice is that you send us your old original 205 rear light wiring harness, so that we can reuse the insulation caps and grommets from it. As these are very scarce, you will then pay less. We will contact you after your purchase. If you no longer have 4 good insulation caps and 3 good grommets, we will find a suitable solution in consultation with the customer.
