New wiring harness for the control of the Rear fog light on the Peugeot 205. As far as we know, this wiring harness has been used on all Peugeot 205s up to August 1990. These were the phase 1 and phase 1.5 versions.

Original and quality

We apply the original dimensions and wire colours and fit new original cable lugs and plugs. We use very clean used caps for the insulation.

For strength and to prevent corrosion, wear and tear and short circuits, each connection between the copper conductor and cable lugs is additionally finished with heatshrink tubing. This is our standard procedure. Where normally only 1 mm² or less was used, we use 1.5 or 2 mm². Thanks to this working method, our wire harnesses have an extra long and reliable life span and a better current throughput.

Options for with or without surrendering the old wiring harness

• Option 1: You can choose that we deliver the rear fog light wiring harness complete. The insulation rubber cap and the grommet are re-used but in good to very good condition.

• Option 2: The other choice is that you send us your old original 205 rear fog light wiring harness, so that we can reuse the insulation cap from it. As these are very scarce, you will pay less. We will contact you after your purchase. Is the insulation cap cracked? It may be better to choose option 1.

Function of the wires in the wiring harness

The rear fog light cable harness for the 205 is connected to the rear right-hand lighting. The wire runs from there to the rear fog light, which is located on the right in the spoiler under the rear bumper.
