Ready to fit and ready for installation.

This version of the Traction Avant was also called "Wheels" because the spare wheel was visibly mounted at the back of the boot. The 11 BL version was also nicknamed "Sportje". It got this name because of its slim and shorter bodywork compared to other models. The 11 BL and the 11 BN are identical in terms of electrical scheme 100%. But because the 11 BL has a smaller body, the dimensions are different.

The dasboard tree starts at the front right next to the engine block; goes in from right to left and connects all the switches and gauges in the dasboard; then goes out again on the left and connects the two contact blocks left and right next to the radiator for the lights.

Everything is professionally finished with insulation and shrink tubing in the original colours for a beautiful classic look and a guaranteed long life.

Direction indicators

A wiring harness for the Traction Avant always comes with wires for turn signals. Even if the car originally had no indicators from the factory like the types up to 1952.

A pre-1952 Traction does not have factory-installed direction indicators (RAWs).

Of course, these were added later, but that could be in different places:

RAW's front

• On the front mudguards, in place as installed by the factory after 1952
• On the bumper in front

Direction indicator switch

• In the dashboard, in the place as placed by the factory after 1952
• To the left of the instrument panel
