Shipping costs

 

Netherlands

From € 125, - incl. VAT, you automatically get free shipping for all destinations within the Netherlands. 

For other orders the following shipping rates apply:

  • €7.95 for all packages
 
 

Belgium

For all orders to Belgium, the rate below applies in all cases:

  • € 13 for all packages
 
 

Germany and France

For all orders to Germany and France, the rate below applies in all cases:

  • € 15 for all packages
 
 

Malta

For all orders to Malta, the rate below applies in all cases:

  • € 22.50 for all packages
 
 

Other countries within the European Union

For all other destinations within the European Union, the rate below applies in all cases:

  • € 17.50 for all packages
 
 

United Kingdom and Ireland

For all orders to the UK and Ireland, the rate below applies in all cases:

  • € 19.50 for all packages
 
 

Other destinations (worldwide)

For all other worldwide destinations, the rate below applies in all cases:

  • € 35 for all packages
 
 

We ship all our orders insured and with track and trace code as standard, so the shipment can always be tracked from us to delivery to the customer. Shipping rates may change from time to time without these changes having already been reflected on this page.

 
 

Prices and VAT

The prices in our webshop include VAT. Is your billing address located outside NL but in the EU? Then you do not pay VAT when you enter your company name and a valid VAT address. If your billing address is outside the EU, you do not pay VAT under any circumstances. Checking whether your VAT is correct is done via the link with the Website of the European Commission. That's the VIES system.
 
 

Delivery time

As soon as the payment for your order has been successfully completed and accepted by the payment system Mollie, the order will be processed by us.

We will try to send your order to your specified shipping address as soon as possible. If in stock, you can expect your order to be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Exceptions excepted. Please read below for an indication of delivery times for the various products in our webshop.

When not in stock, or you need customisation, we will make the order for you. If necessary, we will contact you about your purchase. For special requests, please place a comment in the note field during your order on the checkout page. We always read this.


After we have posted your package, the delivery time is usually as follows:

Within the Netherlands: 1 - 2 working days

Within the EU: usually within 2 - 7 working days 

Worldwide: Usually within 1 - 2 weeks


Please note: We have no control over the progress of the courier service. We usually ship with PostNL, DHL or DPD. A track and trace code is provided to track the parcel. The above delivery times are an indication but may vary due to (unforeseen) circumstances the courier has to deal with. For worldwide orders, the delivery time also depends on the customs check-in procedure. Please note that the delivery time may take longer than indicated above.


Indication delivery times webshop products

1 to 4-day delivery time: concerns small cable harnesses / battery cable sets

About 3 -4 weeks delivery time: Covers all loose large wiring harnesses such as dashboard wiring harnesses, roof wiring harnesses etc.

About 4 weeks delivery time: Concerns all complete sets for the entire car.

Please note: During busy periods, these indicative delivery times may change. We indicate this through a yellow bar at the bottom of the website displayed on each page.


Pick up

You can only collect an order from us in person by appointment. Please contact us first by phone or via the contact form.


Cooling off period and returns

You always have the right to abandon the purchase within 14 days without giving reasons. Please let us know in advance. You then return the product to the address given on this page.

Make sure the box clearly states your sender so we can refund the amount to you.

We will refund the full cost of your order incl. shipping costs. Unless you ordered several products and do not return all of them. In that case, we will only refund the cost of the product you return to us. The paid shipping costs will not be refunded.

The shipping costs for returning the product are always at your own expense. Please note that returning the product is at your own risk. Should the product not arrive, we do not have to refund you. For more security you can return it by registered post or deliver it to us in person by appointment.

In certain situations as described below, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply:

  • When you have used the product and there are visible traces of use. If you return the product with visible traces of use, we cannot refund the full amount. In consultation with you we will come to a solution. Either you take the product or we pay a portion back.
  • If there are customised adjustments that have been made especially for you, we cannot refund. This is not legally covered by the 14-day cooling-off period. Naturally, we want to deliver a good product and satisfied customers. Together, we are therefore happy to find a pleasant solution and help you where possible.
 
 

Our products and warranty

We manufacture our products with the utmost care and do not skimp on quality. All cables are inspected and tested before they go to the customer. After testing, the wiring harness is given the SKS label.

Cables may have a slight deviation in length from the information given. No rights can be derived from the photos shown on the website. The final product may differ from the photos.

We provide a 1-year warranty on all our products as standard. If there is anything, please contact us and we will help you as best we can.


Post-purchase evaluation

After your purchase, you may receive an email asking you to leave a review of your wiring harness purchase. This email is provided by CusRev (Customer Reviews) and is sent to the email address you provide when placing your order. Your order details will also be sent there.
 
We greatly appreciate it if you would like to leave a review. As a thank you, you will receive a discount code for your next purchase by e-mail afterwards.
